1 Seriously Injured in Solvang Bicycle Accident on Ballard Canyon Rd near Bison Ln
Santa Barbara, California (February 7, 2023) – A bicyclist was hospitalized after being seriously injured in a collision in Solvang on Monday afternoon.
The crash happened at around 2:21 p.m. on Ballard Canyon Road near Bison Lane, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A pickup truck reportedly struck a bicyclist on the roadway in unclear circumstances.
The bicyclist was seriously injured in the accident and was transported to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital for treatment.
