Bakersfield, California (May 13, 2022) – The California Highway Patrol officers are investigating a Bakersfield crash that happened Thursday afternoon resulting in minor injuries.

The incident was reported at about 3:20 p.m. on Niles Street at Park Drive.

Three vehicles were involved in the crash, blocking westbound traffic.

Paramedics responded to the scene to help the motorists. An unknown number of parties sustained minor injuries. The patients were offered medical help, but it was not clear if they were hospitalized.

Authorities will determine the cause of the accident when they conclude their investigation.
