Atticus Pearson Injured in Santa Rosa Crash on Hoen Avenue
Santa Rosa, California (February 2, 2023) – Atticus Pearson, 13, was critically injured in a pedestrian accident that happened in Santa Rosa last month, according to a local news source.
The crash took place in the 4600 block of Hoen Avenue on January 19.
Pearson was in the crosswalk walking across the street when an eastbound Honda CR-V struck him.
Atticus sustained a pelvic fracture and brain swelling, among other injuries.
He was hospitalized in critical condition.
The driver, a man in his 30s, stayed at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
Alcohol and drugs were not suspected to have played a role in the incident.
