Pomona, CA. – At least one person was injured in a multi-vehicle pileup that happened Thursday afternoon in Pomona.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident was reported around 1:51 p.m. on northbound Highway 71 at the 10 Freeway transition road.
Four vehicles were involved in the crash. One of the cars reportedly overturned.
One person was trapped inside one of the cars, and a 3-year-old girl in a blue Kia was throwing up.
Firefighters responded to the scene and extricated the victim.
At least one person suffered minor injuries. It was unclear if the patient was hospitalized.
Authorities are investigating the collision.
