At Least 2 Seriously Injured in Early Friday Morning Fontana Crash

Fontana, California (February 3, 2023) – At least two people were severely injured in a two-vehicle collision that happened early Friday morning in Fontana, the California Highway Patrol said.

The wreck took place at about 4:51 a.m. at Cottonwood Avenue and Arrow Boulevard.

A white GMC Yukon and a gray Nissan Sentra collided for unknown reasons, blocking the roadway.

Both drivers sustained severe injuries in the crash. Emergency personnel responded to the scene and transported the patients to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center for treatment.

Police are investigating to establish the cause of the accident.
