At Least 1 Killed in Pacific Coast Highway Crash in Ventura County

Ventura County, California (March 7, 2023) – At least one person died in a two-vehicle collision that took place early Tuesday morning near Point Mugu Beach in Ventura County.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the wreck was reported at around 12:20 a.m. on Pacific Coast Highway.

A white BMW and a black GMC were involved in the collision. The vehicles were blocking both northbound and southbound lanes after the crash.

Firefighters responded to the scene shortly after receiving reports of the accident.

According to the report, at least one person was killed in the crash.

Both vehicles were towed away for evidence.

CHP officers are investigating to establish the cause of the accident.
