At Least 1 Dies in 10 Freeway Car Collision near Crenshaw Boulevard in Los Angeles
Los Angeles, California (March 8, 2023) – At least one person died in a fiery multi-vehicle collision that happened early Wednesday morning on a freeway in Los Angeles.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident was reported at about 2:03 a.m. on westbound 10 Freeway near Crenshaw Boulevard.
At least three vehicles were involved in the collision. One of the vehicles caught fire and was blocking lanes.
A man was lying in the middle lane, possibly unconscious.
Los Angeles police and firefighters responded to the scene.
At least one person died in the accident, as per the report.
All westbound lanes of the freeway were shut down following the accident. Traffic was being diverted off the freeway at Crenshaw Boulevard.
