1 Hurt in DUI Los Angeles Accident at Tampa Avenue and Lassen Street

Los Angeles, California (February 16, 2023) – At least one person was injured following a DUI collision involving a school bus on Wednesday afternoon in Los Angeles, according to a California Highway Patrol report.

The accident happened at around 4:34 p.m. on February 15 at Tampa Avenue and Lassen Street.

Police said five vehicles collided, including a school bus and a black Lincoln Navigator. The school bus had students onboard at the time of the crash.

Responding emergency crews and medical personnel attended to at least one person hurt in the accident. Police confirmed that no student was injured in the accident.

The Navigator was towed away from the accident location.
