Andrew Belcher Killed in Scooter Accident on Vineland Avenue in North Hollywood

North Hollywood, California (February 23, 2023) – Andrew Belcher, 30, has been identified as the man who was killed in a North Hollywood crash involving a scooter on Wednesday morning, according to the Los Angeles County coroner’s office.

The deadly scooter accident happened at about 12:50 a.m., on February 22, on Vineland Avenue near Riverside Drive.

According to the police, Belcher was headed southbound on Vineland Avenue in the bike lane when he was hit from behind by a southbound vehicle.

Sadly, Belcher was pronounced dead at the scene.

The involved driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
