A white Toyota Camry and a gold Honda Pilot were involved in the collision.
One of the vehicles had an elderly female occupant who was hit.
Firefighters responded to the scene and transported one person to Kaiser Permanente Riverside Medical Center for treatment of unspecified injuries.
