The deadly collision happened at about 2:19 a.m. on the westbound 101 Freeway near the Tujunga Avenue exit near the junction of the Hollywood (170) Freeway with the 134 Freeway.
Studio City, CA – Two people are dead following a multi-vehicle crash on the Ventura (101) Freeway in Studio City early Tuesday.
The deadly collision happened at about 2:19 a.m. on the westbound 101 Freeway near the Tujunga Avenue exit near the junction of the Hollywood (170) Freeway with the 134 Freeway.
According to the CHP, a black sedan, a gray SUV, and a white semi-truck were involved in the collision.
CHP said two people – a male and a female – were pronounced dead at the scene by the Los Angeles Fire Department personnel.
The names of the victims have not been released.
No additional information was provided.
The crash remains under investigation.
