The bicyclist sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to CHI Mercy Medical Center

Roseburg, OR. – One person was injured in a bicycle accident in Roseburg on Tuesday night.
The accident happened around 7 p.m. on April 15, on West Harvard Avenue at the Interstate 5 northbound on-ramp.
According to the Oregon State Police, a pickup truck was entering the ramp when it struck a bicyclist.
The bicyclist sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to CHI Mercy Medical Center.
The bicyclist was later transferred to Peace Health Sacred Heart Medical Center at Riverbend in Springfield.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
