Renton, WA – A Washington State Department of Transportation contractor was injured in a crash early Wednesday morning in Renton, according to the Washington State Police.
The incident occurred on January 8 on Interstate 405.
The Washington State Department of Transportation stated that the contractor was reducing the number of lanes when a driver struck the contractor's truck.
The victim was rushed to the hospital for evaluation.
The contractor's truck and all of its equipment, including a digital message sign and other traffic signs, were totaled in the crash.
