Rialto, Calif. – A 65-year-old pedestrian was killed after being struck by a vehicle on Avenue in Rialto on Thursday, February 1, according to the County Sheriff's Department.

The accident happened at about 5:40 a.m. on Riverside Avenue south of San Bernardino Avenue.

Rialto Police Department responded to the scene and located a pedestrian who had been struck by a vehicle. The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Sheriff-Coroner identified the victim as Wanda McIntosh, 65, of Rialto.
