A preliminary investigation indicated that Shawo and Nathan were headed west on Bell Road when their car was struck by an eastbound vehicle.
Phoenix, AZ. – Virginia Nathan and Fouad Shawo, both ages 85, were killed in an auto-car crash at an intersection in Phoenix Saturday morning.
According to the Phoenix Police Department, the crash was reported at 15th Avenue and Bell Road at around 9:30 a.m. September 21.
A preliminary investigation indicated that Shawo and Nathan were headed west on Bell Road when their car was struck by an eastbound vehicle.
Shawo and Nathan were rushed to the hospital, where they later died.
The driver of the other vehicle was hospitalized with severe injuries.
More details regarding the mishap were not provided.
