Paso Robles, CA. – Authorities have identified Brianna Mae Thomas, 27, of Paso Robles, as a woman killed in a Wednesday afternoon car crash on Highway 101 in Paso Robles.
The CHP said the accident occurred on US 101 at Wellsona Road at around 12:15 p.m. on State Route 101 at Wellsona Road.
Thomas was driving an eastbound 1990 Cadillac Eldorado on Wellsona Road when her vehicle collided with a Freightliner truck on the northbound lanes of the highway.
Thomas was pronounced deceased at crash site.
No further details regarding the mishap were provided.
The accident remains under investigation.

Paso Robles, CA. – A woman was killed in a traffic collision involving a semi-truck on Highway 101 in Paso Robles Wednesday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident was reported on State Route 101 at Wellsona Road at around 12:15 p.m.
An eastbound 1990 Cadillac Eldorado on Wellsona Road when the driver failed to yield the right of way and drive into the path of a northbound Freightliner truck driven by Justin Levi Adams, 44, of Pahrump, Nevada on US-101.
The Freightliner struck the Cadillac on the right front door, resulting in fatal injuries to the female driver of the Cadillac.
Adams was not injured in the collision.
The name of the deceased was not immediately disclosed.
