Police said a man in his 30s driving a tan Buick Century was traveling the wrong way on SR 76 when he crashed into a white Honda Clarity driven by Zamora

Oceanside, CA. – Stephanie Zamora, 20, of Oceanside, was injured in a deadly wrong-way crash in Oceanside on Saturday night, according to a report by the Oceanside Police Department.
The incident took place on State Route 76 near Melrose Drive at around 9:26 p.m. October 26.
Police said a man in his 30s driving a tan Buick Century was traveling the wrong way on SR 76 when he crashed into a white Honda Clarity driven by Zamora.
The operator of the Buick was killed in the accident.
Zamora sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to Palomar Hospital in Escondido.
Authorities said DUI was believed to have played a role in the crash.
The investigation is ongoing.
