Multiple People Injured in Portland Ambulance Crash on Highway 6 at Milepost 26

Portland, Oregon (November 5, 2023) – Several people were injured in a head-on collision that occurred early Saturday morning in Portland.
The accident happened on Highway 6 at milepost 26 at around 4:45 a.m.
An Adventist Health Tillamook ambulance was traveling back to the hospital after transferring a patient when it collided head-on with another vehicle.
The impact of the crash caused the ambulance to overturn.
Two EMS paramedics managed to get out of the car and attended to other injured parties before they were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
