CHP said a 57-year-old Fresno man was driving a semi-truck northbound on Highway 41 when he failed to stop for traffic ahead and crashed into the back of a Honda
Madera County, CA.- Several people were injured in a collision that happened in Madera County on Tuesday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident took place on Highway 41 just south of Avenue 12 at around 7:30 a.m.
CHP said a 57-year-old Fresno man was driving a semi-truck northbound on Highway 41 when he failed to stop for traffic ahead and crashed into the back of a Honda.
The impact caused a chain-reaction involving four other vehicles.
At least four people were taken to hospital with minor to moderate injuries.
The crash is under investigation.
