Person Seriously Injured in Sacramento Pedestrian Accident on State Route Highway 99 near 47th Avenue

Sacramento, California (September 12, 2021) – A pedestrian was injured after being struck by a vehicle Friday morning in Sacramento, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The major injury pedestrian crash happened just after 6:03 a.m. Friday, September 10, on State Route Highway 99 near 47th Avenue onramp.
For unknown reasons, the pedestrian was hit on the northbound side of the highway, the CHP said.
