Contra Costa, California (August 11, 2021) – 28-year-old Rosalind Kellum has been identified as the pedestrian who died after being hit by a car in Antioch on Monday night.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at about 10:55 p.m. August 9, on Highway 4 near Hillcrest Avenue.
The pedestrian was reportedly sitting in the roadway’s slow lane when she was hit by a black Audi.
Kellum was killed in the accident.
