The preliminary investigation revealed that a 2004 Harley-Davidson was traveling eastbound on Artesia Boulevard directly next to a 2005 Harley-Davidson when the collision occurred. The 2004 motorcycle then crashed into a parked vehicle.
Long Beach, CA. – A male rider was killed and another was hospitalized after a crash on Artesia Boulevard in Long Beach late Thursday night.
According to the Long Beach Police Department, the crash was reported on Artesia Boulevard near Long Beach Boulevard at around 11:55 p.m. September 26.
The preliminary investigation revealed that a 2004 Harley-Davidson was traveling eastbound on Artesia Boulevard directly next to a 2005 Harley-Davidson when the collision occurred. The 2004 motorcycle then crashed into a parked vehicle.
One rider was killed at the scene while the other was hospitalized with unknown injuries.
Speed, distracted driving or impaired driving are not believed to be factors in this collision.
An investigation is ongoing.
