Chino Man Hit, Killed by Car at Foothill Boulevard and Hospital Parkway in Upland
San Bernardino, California (June 21, 2023) – A pedestrian died after being struck by a car at an intersection in Upland on Tuesday night.
The accident was reported at around 9:53 p.m. at the intersection of Foothill Boulevard and Hospital Parkway, according to Upland Police Department.
60-year-old Raul J. Alvarez was struck by a car at the intersection in unclear circumstances.
The Chino man was transported to San Antonio Regional Hospital, where he died at around 10:28 p.m.
Information about the involved driver was not provided.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
