1 Arrested, Hospitalized after Perris Crash on Wasson Canyon Road and Highway 74
Perris, California (August 7, 2021) – One person was hospitalized after a traffic collision that happened Friday afternoon in Perris, the California Highway Patrol said.
CHP said the incident happened at around 5:35 p.m. on Wasson Canyon Road and Highway 74.
A black Honda and a black sedan were involved in the crash.
A witness told authorities that the black sedan ran a red light prior to the collision.
The driver of the black sedan was arrested for an unspecified offense and transported to Inland Valley Medical Center by AMR for an injury to her foot. It was not clear if the occupants of the other vehicle were injured.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
