Sacramento, CA. – A pedestrian was severely hurt following a traffic collision on Friday night in Sacramento, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The major collision occurred on Highway 160 and Canterbury Road off-ramp at around 11:02 p.m.
Per the dispatch, a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle for reasons still under investigation.
The Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District Officials rushed the pedestrian to UC Davis Medical Center for treatment of severe injuries sustained in the collision.
The involved vehicle was towed away from the accident scene.
No additional details regarding this crash were released.
