Glendale, AZ.- A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle in Glendale on Thursday night, according to the Glendale Police Department.
The incident took place in the 6700 block of West Bethany Home Road on Thursday, November 20.
A driver in a silver vehicle struck a woman was walking near the sidewalk.
The driver failed to stop at the scene after hitting the pedestrian.
The victim, who was not immediately identified, died in the crash.
The search for the hit-and-run driver is underway.
