Pedestrian Killed in Sacramento Crash on Northgate Boulevard

Sacramento, California (November 7, 2023) – A pedestrian was fatally hit by a vehicle in North Sacramento on Monday night, according to the Sacramento Police Department.

The incident took place near Northgate Boulevard and Winterhaven Avenue shortly before 9 p.m. November 6.

Police said a car hit a pedestrian in the area under unclear circumstances.

Emergency crews performed life-saving measures on victim at the scene.

The pedestrian was then rushed to a hospital, where the victim died.

The driver reportedly stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators.

The accident is under investigation.
