Male Pedestrian Injured in Contra Costa Pedestrian Crash on Waterfront Road and Solano Way
Contra Costa, California (October 30, 2023) – A male pedestrian was struck and injured by a train Sunday evening at an intersection in Contra Costa.
The incident happened at around 6:44 p.m. October 29 on Waterfront Road and Solano Way
An Amtrak hit a pedestrian in the area for reasons not yet established.
The pedestrian was transported to JMWC with an arm injury.
The victim’s name was not immediately released.
More details regarding the incident were not provided.
An investigation is ongoing.
