A pedestrian was hit by a car that was trying to make a left turn onto Chestnut Avenue from Lee Boulevard
Richland, WA.- A pedestrian was transported with major injuries after being hit by a vehicle in Richland on Monday morning, according to the Richland Police Department.
Police and medics responded shortly after 8 a.m. to the accident on Lee Boulevard and Chestnut Avenue.
A pedestrian was hit by a car that was trying to make a left turn onto Chestnut Avenue from Lee Boulevard.
The pedestrian was taken to Kadlec Medical Center with critical injuries.
The driver stayed at the scene and was not suspected to have been driving under the influence.
The Richland Police Department is investigating the accident.
