San Jose, CA. – One person was injured in a suspected DUI accident that happened Sunday morning on 880 Freeway in San Jose, the California Highway Patrol said.
The wreck took place around 6:51 a.m. in the southbound lanes of the freeway just south of the E Brokaw Road on-ramp.
A white Chevrolet sedan and a gray sedan were involved in the collision.
First responders found the vehicles blocking traffic lanes.
One person suffered minor injuries in the accident.
The report said one of the drivers had been drinking prior to the crash. It was unclear if the suspect was arrested.
CHP officers are investigating the crash.
