CHP said a semi-truck with two trailers hauling gravel collided with another semi-truck. One trailer of the big rig that had two trailers overturned.
Phelan, CA. – One person was hospitalized after two semi-trucks collided Tuesday morning near Cajon Junction in Phelan, the California Highway Patrol said.
The wreck was reported around 6:54 a.m. on eastbound State Route 138 at the on-ramp to the eastbound Interstate 5, just in front of Rocket 76 and Shell gas station.

One person was trapped inside one of the tractors. Firefighters responded to the scene and freed the victim.
The person was taken to Loma Linda University Medical Center with minor injuries.
Both big rigs were towed away from the collision scene.
All eastbound lanes of SR-138 were blocked at Cajon Boulevard following the accident.
CHP officers are investigating the crash.
