Nipton, CA. – One person was hospitalized after a traffic collision that happened Monday morning on 15 Freeway in Nipton, the California Highway Patrol said.
The accident was reported around 5:35 a.m. in the northbound lanes of the freeway at mile marker 149 near the Halloran Springs Road on-ramp.
Three vehicles were involved in the accident.
A Dodge Charger, a green Kia Sportage, and a third vehicle were involved in the accident.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene and transported one person to St. Rose Dominican Hospital in Las Vegas with unspecified injuries.
CHP is investigating the cause of the collision.
