Phoenix, AZ. – One person was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries Monday morning following a two-vehicle collision near an intersection in west Phoenix, authorities reported.
According to the Phoenix Police Department, officers responded to the crash around 8 a.m. at 35th Avenue and Glendale Avenue and found two vehicles with significant damage at the scene.
Firefighters provided first aid to the victims before transporting one person to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
The intersection of 35th Avenue and Glendale Avenue was closed for several hours as investigators worked to determine what caused the crash.
