North Highlands Collision on Madison Avenue Seriously Injures Scooter Rider
North Highlands, California (August 24, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of a North Highlands collision that left a scooter rider with serious injuries Monday night.
The major injury crash was reported at approximately 8:14 p.m. in the 4600 block of Madison Avenue near Interstate 80.
The accident involved a scooter and a dark gray Honda Accord that crashed on the highway for reasons still under investigation.
Major Injury Scooter North Highlands Accident
The scooter rider sustained major injuries in the crash and was rushed to an area hospital for medication.
Officials closed down a section of Madison Avenue as they investigated and cleared the scene.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
