Rider Dies in North Hills Crash on Woodley Avenue near Parthenia Street

North Hills, California (November 10, 2023) – A motorcyclist died in a hit-and-run accident that happened Thursday evening in North Hills.

Los Angeles police responded to the 8600 block of Woodley Avenue, between Parthenia Street and Roscoe Boulevard, after receiving reports of the crash around 6:40 p.m.
