According to the Culver City Police Department, officers are investigating to determine what caused a motorcycle and a car to collide in the area.
Culver City, California: A motorcyclist died after colliding with a car Friday afternoon at an intersection in Culver City, the California Highway Patrol said.
The incident occurred around 5 p.m. at Washington and Robertson boulevards.
According to the Culver City Police Department, officers are investigating to determine what caused a motorcycle and a car to collide in the area.
The rider was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The driver of the car stopped and cooperated with authorities.
Investigators closed the intersection for several hours.
