CHP officers said a motorcyclist was possibly attempting to exit the freeway when he hit a big rig and was thrown onto the roadway in the No. 2 lane.
Moreno Valley, CA. – A motorcyclist sustained minor injuries after colliding with a semi-truck Thursday afternoon in Moreno Valley, the California Highway Patrol said.
The incident was reported just after 2 p.m. on northbound Interstate 215 at Cactus Avenue.

The semi-truck pulled to the shoulder.
Good Samaritans helped the rider get up and out of traffic, as well as with his bike, moving to the shoulder.
Paramedics from the Riverside County Fire Department responded to the scene and assessed the motorcyclist. He suffered minor injuries but declined hospitalization.
Traffic was briefly interacted following the accident, but no lanes were closed.
