A motorcyclist was reportedly traveling at a high rate of speed when it collided with a sedan.

Escalon, CA. – A motorcyclist was hospitalized after colliding with a car Tuesday afternoon at an intersection in Escalon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident occurred around 4:55 p.m. on eastbound State Route 120 at Seidner Road.
A motorcyclist was reportedly traveling at a high rate of speed, passing in a no-passing lane, when they collided with a sedan.
The Escalon Police Department and other emergency personnel responded to the scene shortly after the collision.
The rider was transported to San Joaquin General Hospital with minor injuries.
The sedan driver was not injured.
Authorities are investigating the accident.
