Reportedly, a Ford Fusion, operated by Ian Sean Bannon ,41, of Lebanon, was stopped on Steckley Road at the intersection with Highway 34.

Linn County, OR. – Michael J. M. Gosnell ,49, of Albany was killed in a vehicle collision that sent a male juvenile to hospital on Highway 34 in Linn County two weeks ago.
The Oregon State Police said the mishap was reported on State Route 34 at Steckley Road at around 7:49 a.m. October 4.
Reportedly, a Ford Fusion, operated by Ian Sean Bannon ,41, of Lebanon, was stopped on Steckley Road at the intersection with Highway 34.
The Ford then entered the highway into the path of an eastbound Can-Am Spy, driven by Michael J. M. Gosnell ,49, of Albany, causing the Can-Am to impact the driver's side of the Ford.
Gosnell was declared deceased at the scene. A passenger on the Can-Am, a male juvenile ,15, was critically injured and transported to an area hospital.
Bannon was reportedly uninjured.
More details regarding the mishap were not provided.
An investigation is underway.
