Man Dies in Ontario Collision on Guasti Road near Cleveland Road
Ontario, California (September 13, 2021) – A man died following a collision involving a big rig in Ontario on Monday afternoon, according to Ontario police.
The collision occurred on Guasti Road near Cleveland Road at about 2:45 p.m.
Police said a minivan traveling westbound on Guasti Road crashed into the side of a semi-truck that was pulling onto the road.

The driver of the minivan died at the site of the collision.
The identities of the involved parties were not immediately released.
The accident is under investigation.
