Man Struck, Killed by Car on 47th Street in Lincoln Park

San Diego, California (November 6, 2023) – A man in his 30s died after being struck by a car in the Lincoln Park area of San Diego on Saturday evening.
The pedestrian accident happened around 7:15 p.m. in the northbound lane of 47th Street.
A man was walking in the area and was struck by a white Ford F0250 pickup truck traveling north, according to the San Diego Police Department.
Paramedics responded to the incident and rushed the man to a local hospital where he died while receiving treatment.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
