The pedestrian was flown to a Modesto hospital with major injuries
Livingston, Calif. – One person was seriously injured in a late-night Livingston pedestrian accident on State Route 99 on Sunday, according to a report by the CHP.
The accident happened at about 11:35 p.m. on November 12 on southbound Golden State Highway (99), just south of Liberty Avenue.
According to the CHP, a pedestrian sustained major injuries after being struck by a semi-truck. The pedestrian was airlifted to a hospital in Modesto.
The driver of the semi-truck remained at the scene after the crash.
No additional details regarding the crash were provided.
The incident remains under investigation.
