Calaveras County, CA. – One person was airlifted after a head-on collision on Highway 4 in Copperopolis Friday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol logs, the crash was reported at about 6:52 a.m. on State Route 4 west of Horseshoe Lane.
Reportedly, an SUV collided head on with a sedan causing both vehicles to catch fire. The cause of the mishap was not immediately established.
