Three vehicles were involved in the Sunday evening crash that left at least one person with major injuries
Shafter, Calif. – At least one person was seriously injured following a two-vehicle crash on Highway 99 in Shafter, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash happened at about 5:50 p.m. on northbound Highway 99 at Lerdo Highway.
As per the CHP, an SUV and two other vehicles were involved in the crash.
At least one person sustained major injuries in the incident.
No additional information regarding the crash was provided.
The incident remains under investigation.
