Ontario, CA. – Luis Antonio Chavez, 34, of Anaheim was killed in a crash on Etiwanda Avenue in Ontario Thursday morning, according to a police report.
The deadly auto-pedestrian accident happened at around 3:39 a.m. on July 4 on Etiwanda Avenue and 4th Street.
Chavez was crossing the streets when he was struck by a vehicle.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
