Most pedestrian accidents are caused by:
- Drivers’ negligence
- Failure to yield the right of way
- Crossing against a traffic signal
While pedestrian accidents are unfortunately common, it can be extremely challenging to determine the at-fault party. An experienced pedestrian accident lawyer can help determine liability and pursue compensation on behalf of the injured pedestrian.
