Man, 75, Killed in Pedestrian Accident on Highway 74 at Leon Road
Hemet, California (July 3, 2023) – 75-year-old Julio Leiva has been identified as the man who was killed in a pedestrian accident on Sunday evening in Homeland.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 6 p.m. on State Route 74 at Leon Road, just east of the Escondido (215) Freeway.
Leiva, a resident of Homeland, was killed in the accident.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
