Police said Joe Don Harwell, 23, was riding a 2023 Harley Davidson motorcycle eastbound on Valencia Avenue when he slammed into a westbound car that was trying to make a turn onto South Tucson Boulevard
Tucson, AZ.- A motorcyclist was killed in a crash involving a vehicle in Tucson on Wednesday night, according to the Tucson Police Department.
The accident occurred on East Valencia Avenue and South Tucson Boulevard.
Police said Joe Don Harwell, 23, was riding a 2023 Harley Davidson motorcycle eastbound on Valencia Avenue when he slammed into a westbound car that was trying to make a turn onto South Tucson Boulevard.
Harwell was pronounced deceased at the scene.
No further details were released.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
