Nearly three vehicles were reportedly involved in the accident on I-80 near Penryn Road
Placer County, CA.- Injuries were reported in a crash that happened in Placer County on Tuesday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The accident took place on I-80, just east of Penryn Road shortly before 6:46 p.m.
Nearly three vehicles were reportedly involved in the accident.
There were reports of minor injuries to at least two people.
The westbound lanes of I-80 were shut down following the accident.
