Hoang Dang ID'd as Motorcyclist Killed in Crash at Capitol Expressway and Senter Road in San Jose
San Jose, California (August 13, 2021) – The Santa Clara County Medical Examiner-Coroner's Bureau has identified the motorcyclist who died Wednesday night following a traffic collision in San Jose as Hoang Dang, 38, of Tracy.
The deadly accident happened at around 11:41 p.m. Wednesday, August 11, at the intersection of Capitol Expressway and Senter Road.
Authorities said Dang was riding a 2007 Yamaha R6 motorcycle southbound on Senter Road at a high rate of speed when he failed to stop for the posted stop sign and collided with a 2007 Toyota Corolla that was heading eastbound on Capitol Expressway.

Dang was declared deceased at the scene.
The driver of the Corolla stopped at the scene to cooperate with the police. Alcohol or drugs were not considered a factor in the collision.
